Office cleaning is planned so that it never shows in the working day: no noise, no smells, no rearranged workstations.

We clean in the evening, at night or at the weekend at no extra charge. During the working day there are no machines and no outsiders on the premises.

The clean is scheduled so the space is in use the next working day. With a weekend clean, the carpet has the whole weekend to dry.

We move the desks and chairs that need moving and put them back in place. We only ask that personal items are cleared from desks before the visit.

Pre-treatment
We soak the stains, vacuum deeply and choose the cleaning method suited to the carpet.
STEP 03 · ~40 min
Cleaning
We clean the carpet with hot-water deep cleaning, using steam and brushing, fibre by fibre.
STEP 04 · ~1 day
Drying
The carpet is usually ready for use within about a day. Drying time depends on the room’s own ventilation, so we recommend airing the room after our visit.

A light wall-to-wall carpet greys along the walkways and holds stains a vacuum no longer lifts. Pre-treatment and hot-water deep cleaning bring the original tone back on-site — the carpet never has to be lifted or replaced.

A clean result
We clean the whole agreed area thoroughly and pre-treat every stain. Before we start, we tell you honestly what to expect from the stains — we cannot guarantee stain removal, but we do promise a clean carpet.
Fixed price
You pay only the quoted price. Travel, parking and evening or weekend work are included across our whole service area — no hidden costs, no surprises.
Liability insurance
Our business holds valid liability insurance. Any damage is compensated in accordance with the policy terms, and you are informed of any incident immediately. We provide the insurance certificate (insurer and sum insured) on request as an attachment to the quote.

Will the cleaning disturb our staff or leave a smell in the office?
No. We clean outside office hours — in the evening, at night or at the weekend — so there are no machines and no noise on the premises during the working day. We use odourless professional-grade products, and the clean is scheduled so the space is in use the next working day. Any desks and chairs we move are put back in place.
Does office work have to stop during the cleaning?
No. We clean commercial premises outside office hours as a rule — evenings from 6 pm, weekends, or at night in large sites — and we charge no extra for evening, night or weekend work. The space is typically back in normal use the next working day. If cleaning does happen during office hours, we work area by area so only the section being treated is briefly out of use.
How soon can the office be used after cleaning?
Textile flooring is usually ready for use within about a day, which in practice means that after an evening or weekend clean the space is in normal use the next working day. Drying speed depends on the room’s ventilation and temperature. The agents we use are odourless, so staff can return to the space without waiting for smells to clear.
Can we see the result before we decide?
Yes. We offer a free trial clean for sites over 100 m²: we clean a 5–10 m² sample area before you decide, so you see the result in your own space. The sample area is agreed in advance — typically the most worn spot, for example the lobby or the busiest stretch of corridor, so the difference shows honestly. The trial clean commits you to nothing and is not invoiced. We also take no prepayment for the actual work: the invoice is sent only after the work, with 14-day terms.
How do business quotes and invoicing work?
We send a written quote by email within 24 hours of your request — we do not make sales calls. The quote is based on a floor plan or a free site visit, and it states a fixed price per square metre, the scope of work and the schedule. Pricing is VAT 0 % and VAT is itemised on the invoice. We invoice by e-invoice with 14-day payment terms.
Do you clean carpet tiles?
Yes. Carpet tiles are the most common floor textile in offices, and they are cleaned on-site using the same hot-water extraction method as a continuous fitted carpet. Modularity is an advantage: if a single tile is damaged or a stain will not lift, it can be replaced rather than cleaned. We tell you at the site visit which tiles are worth cleaning and which should be replaced.
