Housing company carpet cleaning covers the wall-to-wall carpets and textile floors of stairwells, club rooms and other common areas — the work is done on site on a weekday evening at no extra charge, with resident notices and wet-floor signs included. Price from €10.50/m² (VAT 0), and an annual service agreement (2 × per year) brings the per-square-metre price below a one-off clean.

Typical housing company sites
The most common site. Stairwell carpets collect more grit and moisture than anywhere else in the building — we recommend cleaning twice a year, in spring after the gritting season and again in autumn.
Club rooms, gyms and hobby spaces. Usually cleaned during the same visit as the stairwells — combining them lowers the per-square-metre price.
Entrance and lobby carpets take the brunt of outdoor shoes. Small area, big impact on the overall impression.
Moisture and foot traffic make these the most hygiene-critical textile surfaces. Odour removal is included.

Property manager's RFQ checklist

Resident notices and how the cleaning day goes
Cleaning is typically done on a weekday evening between 17:00 and 21:00, when stairwell traffic is at its lowest. We send the property manager a ready-made resident notice at least three days in advance. Wet-floor signs are placed during cleaning and drying, and access is arranged so residents can always reach their homes — we clean half the staircase at a time. Carpets are walk-dry within a few hours and fully dry in 6–24 hours depending on stairwell ventilation.
