Corridor surfaces and meeting rooms. Night visits so the space is ready for use by morning.
Office and staff facilities adjoining the production area. Scheduled around the production rhythm, including alternating maintenance rounds.

- Office base level
- Standard products are used. Suitable for most business customers’ spaces.
Certificates and reporting
- Safety data sheets (SDS) for all agents used — in advance or together with the order, on request
- A written report after cleaning: actions taken, agents used, and any observations about the condition of the space
- Composition certificates for the agents, confirming compliance with food-safety or hygiene requirements
- Photo documentation on request — for before/after comparison
Scheduling around production
At industrial and hospital sites, timing the clean is the key logistical question. We agree the schedule together with property maintenance, care staff or the production manager so that cleaning takes place during production breaks, holiday periods or shift changes. At larger sites we clean space by space or ward by ward, so the rest of the operation continues as normal. Night visits are standard practice at sites where daily operations cannot be interrupted.
Documents under the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations

- Tax debt certificate (tax debts and payment arrangements)
