The kinds of sites we handle

Hospitals and health centres

The highest hygiene standard, using approved disinfectants. Scheduled ward by ward, so care work is not interrupted.

Schools and day-care centres

Allergen-free products and thorough rinsing. Cleaning typically during holiday periods or at weekends.

Hotels and conference centres

Corridor surfaces and meeting rooms. Night visits so the space is ready for use by morning.

Industrial and warehouse properties

Office and staff facilities adjoining the production area. Scheduled around the production rhythm, including alternating maintenance rounds.

Hygiene

Hygiene levels and methods

Hospital hygiene level
Approved disinfectants and special treatment of contact surfaces. Suitable for spaces outside operating theatres (corridors, waiting areas, break rooms).
Food production (HACCP-compatible)
Only food-safe cleaning agents are used, with safety data sheets (SDS) and a composition certificate available.
School and day-care base level
Allergen-free agents and thorough rinsing. The space is usually ready for use the same day after cleaning.
Office base level
Standard products are used. Suitable for most business customers’ spaces.
Reporting

Certificates and reporting

  • Safety data sheets (SDS) for all agents used — in advance or together with the order, on request
  • A written report after cleaning: actions taken, agents used, and any observations about the condition of the space
  • Composition certificates for the agents, confirming compliance with food-safety or hygiene requirements
  • Photo documentation on request — for before/after comparison
Schedule

Scheduling around production

At industrial and hospital sites, timing the clean is the key logistical question. We agree the schedule together with property maintenance, care staff or the production manager so that cleaning takes place during production breaks, holiday periods or shift changes. At larger sites we clean space by space or ward by ward, so the rest of the operation continues as normal. Night visits are standard practice at sites where daily operations cannot be interrupted.

Documents

Documents under the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations

  • Trade register extract
  • Tax debt certificate (tax debts and payment arrangements)
  • Certificate of paid pension insurance contributions (TyEL)
  • A report on the arrangement of occupational health care
  • A report on the insurance cover of the workforce employed (accident insurance)
  • A report on the applicable collective agreement

We provide all documents required under the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations (Act 1233/2006) no older than three months. For larger procurements, the documents are provided before the contract is signed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does office work have to stop during the cleaning?

No. We clean commercial premises outside office hours as a rule — evenings from 6 pm, weekends, or at night in large sites — and we charge no extra for evening, night or weekend work. The space is typically back in normal use the next working day. If cleaning does happen during office hours, we work area by area so only the section being treated is briefly out of use.

How long does the carpet take to dry?

The carpet is usually ready for use within about a day. Drying speed depends significantly on the room’s ventilation and temperature — in a well-ventilated space the carpet dries clearly faster; in a damper or more confined space drying takes longer. We recommend airing the room after the visit.

What agents are used in cleaning? Are they safe for children and pets?

We use professional-grade cleaning agents that are proven safe for children, allergy sufferers and pets. No residue is left on the carpet after cleaning.

Do you take photos in my home?

No. Your privacy is protected — we do not photograph, share or store anything from inside your home.
